A mind caught mid-scream and turned into a carnival. A hand clamps the skull as though to hold the thoughts in; the tongue spirals round a striped pole like a ribbon on a maypole. Gold, candy stripes and stitches crowd the edges. This is what it looks like when the noise inside gets louder than the world outside.
